LDA carry out the entire process control of product quality, from the beginning purchase of the raw material, to casting, forging, machining, assembling, testing, inspection, acceptance, etc., strictly control all the aspects of product quality, so LDA`s products have been widely well accepted by domestic and foreign customers.
LDA attach great importance to product quality control, production bases have passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification, ISO14001: 2004 Environmental Management System Certification, OHSAS18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification and the China Classification Society (CCS) certification.
LDA strictly follow the requirements of the quality system, in order to conform to the requirements of the design and application, LDA strictly evaluate each supplier during the whole purchasing process, which include supplier evaluation (ability investigation、factory evaluation、project review), supplier verifications{sample test(material`s ingredient、performance test、full-size inspection and relevant reviews )、small batch trials、batches trials and reviews}, Check and acceptance.
LDA provide quality assurance based on the application requirement of products. General speaking, LDA provide three hundred thousand kilometers’ or two years’ quality assurance whichever occur first for parts in domestic railway market, and for export products, quality assurance will be one year or according to customer’s demand.
LDA will do all the efforts to avoid the risks. In the product design stage, we will analyze and calculate the product structure, materials, the strength of the various components, vibration, fatigue, to avoid the design risks. In the trial production stage, the new products for the domestic and foreign markets, will both be delivered to customer end to test. And in the stage of mass production, engineers will do the inspection strictly in accordance with the quality control standards, scientific sampling inspection or full-size inspection will be adopted as per different products. In the stage of logistics, LDA choose to work with professional logistics companies, and purchase cargo insurance to ensure the interests of clients.
